Overview
In 2023, I was assigned the role of Lead Product Designer in the Albert Einstein’s Hospital Design Team. And my main goal was to build a Design System a for the new site even with the limited technological options at the time.
Discovery
During my time on the project, I tried to understand the business's problems first and then proceeded to solve them. I could see a lack of design patterns and visual identity on the hospital's website. My job involves working with the tech teams and leading two designers to create a design system, and attract a greater number of users because the absence of patterns may lead them to doubt if they are on the correct website.
